Director of the company is saying a new tower will be launched around Diwali for Rs 4,500. Is not it too high?
I think at this price it will flop inspite of this project being at best location.

All company people making fool of the investrs in the project. Recently I spoke to Mr. Dakshdeep regarding their policy for the construction (Start construction after every 6 months, work for about 2 weeks and then put brakes) and as usual he gave excuse. This time it was the Haryana High court order for not to use the ground water for construction purposes. This ruling was announced about 15 days back. My straight answer was your construction stopped about 2 months back and this rule is only 15 days old. He didn't had any answer. I had to put up the phone since he didn't had any answers for my questions. Other people should also call him up and put pressure on the company to start construction.

In my opinion, They are under process to collect money from investor to feed their other pending project and waiting for slum-down rates of steel and cement to continue construction.

Thumbs down

Friends I don't feel they will start any construction, they have launched only few units and in this process the price has already doubled. They are making excuses for various reasons and now its haryana high court order, which is a valid one. New booking at higher prices will be at their benefit and the major cost is the cost of land which they have already paid for. Till the Haryana high court order issue is there, they will not start the construction.

All, I have been checking with Mr. Daksh and Mr. Yadav for the construciton status since last 6-9 months on a regular basis. they started the year with a promise to start constuciton in Mar'12, then moved to June'12 and now Sep'12.
Around 4 weeks back, Mr.Yadav told me that the water will never be an issue and HUDa is already starting co-odination for the STP water to be supplied to the gurgain's builders.
Frankly speaking, I think, we all made a vey wrong choice, Parkwood looks like a company not interested in any growth, these people have been constructing most of their project for around 5-6 years. They don't hold any other land bank in guragon. Their land dispute is struck since so many months - and that even in a country full of corrupt people ...is itself surpising..2500, 3500, 4500, 5500 or whatever.. not sure when will we get to see light at the end of this dark tunnel..
I would strongly advise anyone not to book a flat in any of thier project..though i am also trapped..
anywyas.. gud luck guys..

tc

hi everybody, I have wrote a mail today to Dakshdeep regarding the Haryana High Court order not to use ground water for construction. After going thru various articles available on google, I concluded that that order is applicable only for fresh licences not for the existing one. So Parkwood Westend will not be impacted by that. I request all of you to write strong mails to Mr. Dakshdeep, so that we can put pressure on the company. if you don't have his mail, it is dsingh@parkwoodgroup.in. Also with my past experience I have stopped talking to Mr. Yadav company's marketing person, as he doesn't have any statements, He changes his words every second, so everybody should try to talk to Mr. Dakshdeep direcly.

Dear Dinesh,
Past experience with Mr.Yadev was always in dark side. Not only Mr.Yadev even Parkwood Management too. They modify their statement as per their hidden policy. We have to believe their logic of delay due to deferential corresponding of Investors. They never like to integrate all investors for one time to clear their future policy towards "Parkwood Westend".
I have asked Mr.Yadev "Is it possible that passions would be released in 2013 as per construction Licence ". He alleged "No". " Parkwood would be renewed their licence for next years". I don't know, why do not PWM clear their policy? even they good buyers in the market. Such type of hindrance (Hidden future plan), retard Investor's resell profit.
Any way let us see what would be in Sept 2012.

Negative attitude for Investors and End User for a sales persons ... Really regretful.
