Are property prices displayed on web sites inflated? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi friends,

i am tracking property prices on web site for sometime. i just want to know if property prices mentioed on sites like and are actual or inflated?
if inflated, generally how much is difference in %age. I know it will vary. I am particullarly interested in sector 49,50,51,52,22,23.

For sure, it is overstated.
The Big issue, all the brokers go through these sites.
So they try to fix the rates according to the amount mentioned in the site. I am not sure of %.

Yes the property rate are clerly mentoned on the website right now the prperty rate in gurgaon smaller is 3500-6500 sqt ft the website address www.indianrealtynews.com hope this will help,
