Heard that sample flat is ready and open to public.
Also heard from some other investors that Satya people are calling investors to their sector 44 office for allotment process completion? Please confirm. |

Visited Hermitage as well as Cosmo City site today. Sample flat for hermitage is is almost ready and interiors going on. Excavation work is going on for 3-4 towers. I will attach pics later today.
PS: I am an investor and booked a 2BHK in Hermitage. |

contruction update
visited site today....
sample flat is almost ready.....safai and furniture (which is already arrived) is left Excavation for most of the towers is done....and basement work going on..... work is going at a very good pace.... the same time BBA are ready...and people are being called for signing the same........ thanks |

36 Months to go
Ha Ha Ha....
I know its being optimistic but felt like apt title..Hence used it.  Anyways, Signed BBA today at Satya Sec 44 office. BBA is pretty much same like any other builder. Only two points of use were 1) Possession with in 36+6 months of BBA (which starts today) 2) Delay penalty (with loads of T&C) 5/sqft/Month. BBA clearly mentions my unit #, BSP, EDC/IDC and Payment plan. Site Visit. Sample flat is ready with furnishing, People are present at site office. Sample flat looks very spacious. Work is going on at excellent pace,Excavation is all done and foundation work started for a couple of towers. I also signed the BBA yesterday.
EDC is 327/- IDC is 23/- One question: Developers have added 183 /- psqft in agreement. They told me that they cant sale car parking individually and added that amount to BSP. Also they have mentioned free car parking in agreement. Will this have any affect (positive / negative)? Senior members plz comment..... Last edited by ggnguy; 05-02-12 at 08:17 PM. |
