I think pehle to SEZ was never a key factor for investing in that area..
Even it was I believe it will have an equally bad effect (if not more) on NH 8 and 3X sectors as compared to the 10X sectors.. It will have the least impact on D way sectors closer to Delhi 108-112 |

1200 crore for 1383 acres...Ha Ha Ha
Here is 1 crore from my side, pls give me 1+ acre.. aur 1 lac ka tip bhi meri taraf se! Itni mahengee zameen kahan milegee, DEway wale to 1cr mein flat bechana chahte hain.. PS: I will run my tractor on the acre land in front of all the flat holders every morning. Hope they wont get Jealous! ![]() |

Entire Gurgaon will suffer yaar, but DE is where biggest unsold land is sitting, without signs of civilization and relying on Political Assurances and on rates borrowed from the better part of gurgaon. I find it more vulnerable than others.
