I received sms regarding an upcoming lauch for Siddhartha project in sector 103 on upcoming Dwarka E-way. The price was quoted as 3,100 minus 200 inaugural discount. Later on , the agent agreed for 5% discount as well. Thus the effective BSP came to 2750. 2 days after that I received another sms offering BSP at 2,600. When I called up, I was told that another competitor is advertising the project at 2650, therefore, this sms was sent in order to hit the competitor's strategy ! Well, I have heard this story for the first time in Ggn market. Then today again I get a call from the same agent offering BSP of 2,600 !!! What's going on, can someone comment!!! |

Siddharta has poached senior people from reputed builders to create market for this project. They have very high expectations from the revenue collection from this project. On papers they are offering luxury specifications. But I am not so sure about the builder and its projects. Don't have much inclination to buy there.

would some one pay me if i said the price is 2350 yes 2350. ![]() rest is all brokers maya guys.... chill. on a serious note the specs are really good and if they deliver half of what they are promising well.... its like VC funding idea looks good. question is do you want to back it ![]() |
