Mr. Manoj,

I believe you were supposed to visit the Spire office during your delhi visit. Did you get any update on the price revision/status of license/clearences...

The buzz in the market is that they have received the license and only some construction clearences are pending.

License has been received (though they , did not let me read through it) . Builder is waiting to upgrade the BSP during the festive season & again before announcing construction schedule.

I happened to visit spire office today and according to the person i met, license has been received (he mentioned it being available to legal dept and hence he can't get me a copy). They will start dispatching demand letter by the end of oct.

Construction is supposed to start latest by Jan./Feb. 2011.

They are also expected to launch the new towers on the 6 acres which they acquired in the next 15 days..

so it looks like.. company claims all approvals have been obtained..
even the LOI for next phase is expected any time soon.
