Recently I heard that Spire got all the required approval for the project and they have relaunched with some changes in layout.

Can anyone out there confirm on this?

They are using some builder named Tashee grp for it.

They have done two projects in Ghaziabad - Lotus Pond & Sunrise Greens...anybody got any experience of their construction quality?

Update on Spire South - They relaunched with new layout and in only 2 sizes 1290 and 1590.
All flats of size 1290 are sold out and only left are 1590. I don't know the authenticity of this project as i had talk with a broker for this.

Can anyone please confirm on this?

How far is the actual site from Sohna Rd? also how far is it from Junction of Sohna Rd and Golf Course Rd?

Please can you update on the project. I heard that there are some units left in 3 BHK.

There is a front page ad of Spire in ToI today. They mention that Phase I of Spire 68 is sold out. However, I got a spam email from a broker yesterday saying few units in 1500+ and 1300+ in Phase II are left.

Also, on a different tangent as I saw someone comparing Spire with CHD IREO Victory Valley has been laucnhed in the sector opposite to Sipre 68 which would have some impact on the Spire Project prices if and when it gets completed.

Also, 2900 for CHD and 2880 something for Spire, I would think are decent prices looking at Emaar and Ireos of the world not to say that it is a like to like comparison
