It is 2732 Sq Ft apartment. The rate does not include additional charges(PLC,EDC, IDC etc). Why do you say its a decent deal?

I have a booked a 3BR+SQ apartment today at Rs 2689.00(BSP 2876 less 5.0% discount,less 1.5% discount on payment of third installment). Senior members comment on the project & the price. I plan to exit in one years time

Dear MANOJa,
You have posted that you have booked a flat 2689, a week ago. Can you please share the details of broker thru whom you have booked ?? Also there are rumors in market that they have not got the required approvals as yet. Only LOI so far. |
