It is 2732 Sq Ft apartment. The rate does not include additional charges(PLC,EDC, IDC etc). Why do you say its a decent deal?

2400 is the good rate keeping in mind its location. Hope it gives you decent returns in 3 to 5 yrs.

You have posted that you have booked a flat 2689, a week ago. Can you please share the details of broker thru whom you have booked ??
Also there are rumors in market that they have not got the required approvals as yet. Only LOI so far.
