India Bull and Raheja are there in the 100+ sectors near Spire Central. You can check India Bulls as their contruction has started and have recently launched Phase II of their project. Raheja I have little clue other than the fact that they have 6-7 projects currently in the launch phase. As for me my hard earned money

is parked in Spire South and I hope to prove all critics wrong

Spire South should prove to be a good investment , if we hold it for one to 1.5 years, considering the neighbourhood rates ( Tulip Purple-3500, Sunbreeze - 3850, Ansal's API- 4000, To be launched shortly Today Homes 3100/3200)

I agree Manoj. They have acquired another piece of land for Phase III or something apparently.

Hi Guys, I am a new member here. Had booked a 1590 unit in Spire South in July. Does anybody have any idea as to when and how the allotments be done? I am afraid that they have not yet released even the layout plan for the project - does anybody have a reason for that from Spire?

I have sent them an e-mail query today and awaiting reply.

Allotment will be done after we make 20 % of the payment. Not sure about the layout plans. What rate did u purchase & what discounts did u get?

Have u received any reply on yr mail?

Any body has an update on the approvals...is the project taking more than the normal time in getting the required approvals....is this a cause of concern

Senior members please advice....

I understand Spire South has all the approvals. Spire has acquired a new piece of land for further extension of the project ( adjacent to the existing project ) & some approvals for this newly acquired land are pending.

Spoke with Spire officials. They said that the approval process is in progress and they have received few approvals. They said they plan to start construction in Sept end Oct beginning as earlier planned. I guess the allotment will happen only after the requisite approvals

Are the approvals pending for the existing land or the newly acquired land? Any clarity on the same?

Regarding allotment, it would be after 20% payment is made.
