Depending upon your size of apartment you have to bear PLCs. Your size of unit will determine whether it is a a corner flat and lower floors (GF to Floor 3).
You have to make only one choice of your own for PLC and i.e. landscape.

My allotment is on 24th & not tomorrow .

I think GF has only 1519 sq. feet units, though i am not sure on it . amit2222, can u confirm that ? amit 2222 is in a better position to tell, as his allotment is over .

oh sorry Manoj i misread ur question.....not sure abt ground floor i was mentioning abt my unit which is a 1590 3 bhk
