If u hv school going children than I donot suggest any of your shortlisted projects . U hv 2 do more research ....... May be other members can suggest some good project on Sohna road / Golf course extn road...

See Ireo Uptown , Emaar Emrald Floors , Ireo Victory valley( Golf course ext. rd.), Unitech Sunbreeze & Vista, Unitech South City 2 , Tulip Orange , r some other options ( on Sohna rd.)

U might need to strech yr. budget by 20-25 % for Golf course ext. rd. , But u should be able to find something on the Sohna rd. , in yr. existing budget.

As rightly said by Tinesha, u need to do more research. U have a decent budget & u will find something , to suit yr. requirements.

i did check ireo uptown and victory but have to compromise on size.. i would really want atleast 2000 sqft ......

i think ill stick to sohna road,,but not able to find good space size except for spire south and tulip purple ..

Reassess/rethink on Spire ,South , if u do not like anything . I too have booked a 1590(GF) apartment there.

Ireo Uptown has 2000 sq ft and 1815 sq ft units, u need to check on availability .

I have booked for investment purpose. If u have yr. doubts on Spire & do not like anything else & if u r not in a big hurry , just wait for some time, a spurt of launches r due in the festive season & u may find something to yr. liking.

do u think these launches will be at a competitive pricing... gurgaon seems to have inflated prices !:-( any idea which companies r gonna launch and which sectors?
