as per my info they are planning a luxury homes spread over 40 acres.
appts floors and villas. they also propose a iconic tower like ireo 39/40 floors. high end specs. they want to make the best use of green belt . it already has a strong buzz in the HNI segment. would be worth looking into for investment as it would be quite reasonable at about 5000-5500(just guess based on proposed prices) compared to other luxury options |

TATA HOUSING IS ABOUT TO LAUNCH THEIR ANOTHER RESIDENTIAL PROJECT SPREAD ACROSS IN 36 ACRES OF LAND WITH PREMIUM APARTMENTS AND DUPLE FLOORS IN SECTOR-72 AT SOHNA ROAD, GURGAON (JUST BEHIND VIPUL TATVAM VILLAS).
The launch will be happening in the second week of November, just after diwali. The tentative product mix and pricing will be as follows: The project will be approximately in an area of 36 acres with approximately 1150 units in total. The low density of the project is the usp of the property. Sector 72 and 72A as per master plan is "open space"
Can a housing project be there in "Open Space" ?? If u see open spaces in MAP, its generally the area where rainwater is supposed to flow... Because of this only HUDA had planned to make lake .... As I understand due to topology and geography water is supposed to flow to a drain or river or may be a lake.. thats why in some sectors ,like 72,72A, 66, 65, 62, 61 76, 77, 78, 79 , 80 area marked as grey as "open Area" May be someone can enlighten us in this regard |

The Info i hav got is price is 5500 to 6000 psf for area starting from 2000 sqf (min area). (Confirmed frm Tata Guys Will let you know more details nest week probaly)
My question is would it be a wise decision to go (end user) for this project as my budget is 1.10 Cr, with Builder like Tata & the Golf Course Extension Road linking Adv i am considering r: Builder name Contractor Reputation Quality Work & Finishing Timeline I hav also heard abount the Ireo Builders Floors Coming up, so wud it be advisiable to go for that or some other project.
