One of my friend is having a 3 BHK unit in Tulip Orange, and looking for sale.

The builder site now shows BSP as 5000/- but on enquiring with some dealer he is getting only around 3600/- psft, which seems to be very low.

I think BSP should be around 4400/- currently.

Please let me know current BSP and best way to resale to get good market value.

I think current market price is around Rs.4000-4200 depending upon the location. Also please share the contact details of broker who is offering this property at Rs, 3600, I would like buy one.

Actually i checked online so same dealer is selling units at the rate of 4200 psft.

So I think the dealer is trying to buy himself at 3600 psft and earn the margin by selling it further at 4200 psft.

Can anyone share any dealer name whom can get the actual market price for this property.

I have been offered 4650 psf by the dealer as last price for A3 tower 1437 sft
is it current bSP , as it seems to be steep hike from the last price 4200
