Has anybody an idea whether necessary approvals for this project are in place?
Univerdsal has still not given buyer seller agreement. They say the necessary approvals are not in place as yet. If that is so nobody will be able to take a loan for the instalment they have demanded. Pl share if you are facing same dillemma... Last edited by IGRM; 05-03-12 at 10:01 PM. |

I had a talk with the legal rep from universal yesterday. He said most banks are not ready to disburse loans giving the rising bank rates. Don't know how much of this is true??? I guess they still await for some approvals, as pk_007 referred.
Further told me that we are welcome to contact banks and financial institutions on our own to conduct requisite due diligence of the project for loan approval. He said they are in talks with HDFC, Kotak for loans, but nothing have come out of it. I believe all the buyers must to go their office to sort out the matter?? |

I am also facing this problem. They are saying they have started the excavation and demand is due by 3rd Aug, otherwise they will charge 24% interest.

Guys mee tooo stucked (2BHK) up with this one......
Cant shell more......the resale is also not coming 3250 being quoted by monst of the brokers..... any ideas or the next step to be taken.... Also once talked to the girl, said they are in to talks with the banks further nothing has been done and the company is sayin tat they wont defer the payment... So any experience ppl can help out! Guys plzz include me as well, i am also facing the same situation and have got the same reply
i think we should really get together and got to their office and even warn them that we would approach the media |

What does all think that approaching media is going to help in any way. I suggest to visit their office and ask for some discount and some more time for payment.. whats ur suggestions.
