Icon18 VATIKA Group-GGN21/Vatika NEXT - Dissapointing

Positively VATIKA group has an extremely incompetent team in their CRM / Accounts set up.

Had booked a flat in GGN21 way back in April 2008, its 2012 and no signs / indications of project ever reaching completion stage.

I had opted for Construction linked Payment option and trusting their claim letters, (which they are very prompt in sending), from outside India have paid almost 30 lacs till date. As if cheating on Construction progress in itself is not bad, they never send even a single correct updated accounts statement.

Being an NRI, I remit money into their account from outside and trust me, EACH TIME, I have to chase their CRM for correctly crediting money transferred into their account.

Extremely incompetent company

Very true Deepak.. And I totally agree Vatika's CRM dept sucks ..A tip to deal with Vatika:-

1.) Always send email to them at their CRM department address with queries and don't try to deal on phone . As the top management is aware of CRM dept feedback from many customers they have installed some crm software which generates case id to every email query and then the CRM dept have to respond within 2-3 days at most.

Manu, I only deal with them via e-mails.

These guys are either extremely incompetent or try to cheat on instructions from their higher ups.

You transfer them money, their claim letter comes as if you have to still pay. You write to their CRM, after assuring to get back 'shortly' 4-5 times, one day a Ruchiika or Deepika would write to you your fund transfer has been tallied and we will send you an updated account statement shortly. Again you will get the statement without last one-two transfers made.

In frustration, you write to them, WHAT IS THIS, you said transfer was tallied....PELASE SEND ME UPDATED and CORRECT statement......................again Ruchiika or Deepika will write,"We will get back to you shortly......"

God some one should take this company to consumer court and make them pay to every one who made the mistake of investing in their projects. I will extend my full support with hundreds of e-mails and 'statements' of theirs as solid proof!

yeah they are inefficient lot... I am also in US and never transfer money directly to their account.. Best way is to give cheque so that you have proof with you.. I hope better sense prevails in the builder..Maybe my queries are not payment related so I usually got reply from them in 2-3 days..

But I totally agree they need to streamline their CRM which gives good competetion to sarkari babus..

Dear Deepak,

I saw some of your posts and it seems that you had a bad time dealing with Vatika group.

given that there are no alternatives in the price range in gurgaon, i am looking to buy apartment in G21.

would you advise going for it. it seems scarry to me to deal with them. what about their cost escalation clause?

Thanks.

Vatika CRM/ Accounts is weak & inefficient. But they are not cheater. If you are entering a resale deal, be prepared to wait 4-6 months for endorsement of the deal from vatika side. You have to do meticulous follow-up through mail & phone.

F****g scoundrels. Greedy and Selfish. One sided and condescending. make you feel like an ass, helpless and stupid. Dont be scared but be prepared to be ridiculed, aggravated and almost cheated. I am struggling to get payment made through wire transfer verified and I am disgruntled till my nails. The project invested - well ofcourse it is delayed by 3 yrs but somehow thats not a problem anymore in ggn since every project is delayed.
