I wanted to to have information regarding life style homes/vatika/sec 84
the project was launched around 1 year back, later no news about it
does this project exist/gone with the wind.

As advised by experts, I have renounced the idea of investing in Orris Carnation.

I just spoke to a broker about Vatika Lifestyle Home who is offering 1050 sq. ft 2 BR apartment at the rate of Rs. 3500 in resale. I have to give a total of Rs. 7.5 L (including premium) now and balance as construction progresses.

I would appreciate experts' recommendations/views on this project. Thanks

I am looking to buy vatika Emilia Floor (Ground Floor/ First Floor/ Second Floor) in PLOT NO 1,3 or 5 in 4TH COURT STREET, Sector 82F. Incase any one of you are interested to sell pls do let me know.
