APF no. for Axis Bank for Parkwood westend is DEL0012435. This no. gives an idea is Axis bank will disburse the loan for Parkwood westend, not like Deutsche Postbank that sanction the loan and not to disburse and forfeit the processing fees.

Congrats to every parkwood investor, finally the 1st disbursement took place for parkwood westend from Axis Bank. Minimum 2 disbursement has taken place and many more are in the pipeline. Three cheers.

I visited the site about a month back, at that time the basement slab was laid down for block A, B and E, F. Work was not on. Its expected to resume by March end. These people are busy offering possession for their Mohali Project. So the work is expected to resume after that. Also a lot of people who haven't made the 3rd payment because of non-availability of loan will start making the payment, as it is already being disbursed by Axis Bank. Hope to see something concrete this time. All the best.

Hi,
not aware of exact price, but should be in the range of 2500-2600 and once the construction starts it should reach 2800-2900. The location for the project is perfect, so better than other projects in Sector 92.. Quote:

Heard from market sources that tower C and D has some litigation on them, because of which the project is not able to take off. The land was sold by 5 brothers, of which 1 expired and their sons have filed a case that the sale has happened under the influence of liquor and they were paid very less. Also it was their ancestral land and they were not consulted. Please build pressure on the management to reveal the exact status of the project.
