I am talking about Plots only...I think there is atleast some security when the entire 50% is going in CHQ, till the time the allotments are made. The reversals can be done later, when we will have some proof in hand...what say ?? &..... does anyone has a number of a broker who can get me a deal now, even if it has a premium

one has to pay the coloured amount and make some minimum payment through cheque ! and one receives the receipt only for chque payment

hehe the world might not be ending soon but the prices are slipping away from our hands day by day , i guess that is why anyone and everyone who has 20 L in his pocket is buying something , so that they dont miss the ride and at least can make a home for themselves in this lifetime !

Ishant made a very nice point in some post...that correction will come definitely but if it comes after the expected point the corrected prices may still be more than the current prices....

But the risk is also to much to enter at these levels......Difficult call indeed to take
