SOFT LAUNCH PLOTS(194/240/300/360 & 500 sq yd) and FLOORS BY KRRISH/ABW sec 62 Golf course Extn. Road Gurgaon..

44000 per sq yard.. Is it worth buying a plot at this location.. keeping in mind that possession would come in 2 yrs ???

Broker says, plot would be launched in next mnth 50k for 300 sq yd size.

One of my friend is interested.. pls suggest ur views....

ABW Plots sector 62 by gaurav.. couldn't find long discussed thread..

I am a new joiny not too too versed with search facilities here..

Plot sized 300,350 & 500 sq yards . Rate is 39,000.00 per sq. yard ( 17000 in cheque & 22000 in cash , per sq. yard ) with 50 % advance payment.
