Talking Query - Hiranandani Estate, Thane(W)

The newly flats in Hiranandani Estate, Thane(W) are not being offered by the builder for Registery/Possession due want of clearance from TMC due to forest land issue / ULCA ruling by govt. What is the real issue ? Somebody kindly provide the information on the actual problem and the likely date of solution.
Thanx.
Regards.

Yes, I am also one of the unfortunates to have booked a flat in Queensgate whcich was due for possession n May-Jun 2007 and held up due to issue of Forest Clearances. And Hiranadani Estates has not been at all responsive to my queries in this matter (may be becasue all transactions have been done only in name of Roma Builders and legally Hiranandani has not much stake in this). I definitely feel that TMC must expedite their approvals since the buyer is the only person suffering in such cases (Builder has already received more than 97% of his money) or Builder must do something to compensate the Buyer for such delays.
