Ok..We can never predict about appreciation potential but if the location is concerned then I have different take. As I visited this site, last week it is falling on main Delhi-Hisar bypass. Existing Jind Road is running parallel to the area where these plots are. Although possession will be offered after two years only. But I think, this is the best place for investment purpose in area like Hansi.

What are the ongoing rates of HUDA plots in sector 14 Hisar, heard that there is stagnation in property rates in Hisar...can i get something at cheap price here......

Hi Sahrawat,

What you have heard about the stagnation in prices is correct. This is all because of enhancement raised by the farmers on HUDA plots especially Hisar plots. I don't remember the premium rates exactly but it falls somewhere between 12k-13k for 4 and 6 Marla plots in Sec-5, Hisar.

For pricing options, you may visit respective property dealer websites and ask them about the current prices being offered. I will also request you to post current premium rates being demanded on this forum as well.

35K per sq yard for a 8 marla plot in sector 14 ........cheap or overpriced what do you say??

Sec 16-17 rates have increased because of construction of many houses.
Adjoing 13 sector gets 30-35 for 460 sq m (500 sq yards) ; you may get 25K for sector 16-17
