Hi All,

Last year i bought a plot in Sec-05, Hisar. The plot was bought at a premium of 2900/sq yard. And last week, when i asked about the premium of my plot from one of the property delaer located at Hisar.

He told me that this plot can now be sold at 10000/-sq yard.

Now, i think that I made right choice.

Hi pavasbh,

Yes, you took a right decision. But, I am curious as to where sec-5 is located. Is is near to Highway (NH-10). Actually, I have also made an investement in Hisar just 4-5 months back.

Hi Sanjay,

It is located near bypass which connects main city with Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar. And now. the revised premium is 15000/- sq. yard.
