Plot near hisar bus stand - Indian Real Estate Forum

I am planning to buy 500 Sq. Y. plot in an unauthorized colony (3 Kms from Hisar BusStand on Sirsa Road). Plot raised to Rs 700 premium in last 2 months and now it's costing me Rs 4,200 per sq. yard.

Please suggest whether it be a good buy at this point of time when market is way up?

Plot in unauthorized colony is risky business.Instead go for smaller HUDA plot

NO and BIG NO For these kinda investment..its simple " stta/betting " market . stay away,. As nobody ll alow you to construct there n u wont be able to register this land with authority .

Krazy and DocPahwa are right. Investing in an unauthorized colony does not make sense anywhere in India. Invest then only if you have plenty of money with you. Otherwise, as Krazy said go for smaller HUDA plots they will definitely fetch you good returns in the coming years. If possible, go for HANSI plots offered by HUDA located on Delhi-Hisar bypass.
