Hi, Just thought of knowing if someone among the readers is looking for a Home loan for Callidora project (Sector-73, Gurgaon). If so, and if interested, can let me know and I believe additional negotiations can be done based on higher number of applicants.

Rishi, Which all bank approved this project?
Is builder sending a demand note. I don't see anything coming up even in next 6 months. There is no development at the site except very slow excavation.

Hi, I've been to Today's office and have talked to LIC, First Blue Home and HDFC (HDFC through DSA). They offered 10.5% - 10.75%. Demand note is expected in Mid february to End february.
As far as progress is concerned, the excavation work is in progress and is expected to be finished next month (as per officials there).
