Hi all,
Has anyone taken or planning to apply for BoB home loan. Their home loan looks attractive with following features 1> RoI: 8.75 for loan upto 30Lakhs (floating) 2> Free property and personal insurance 3> Low processing charges Max 15000 (not sure if legal fees are included as a part of this) 4> No prepayment penalty if paid from personal sources. Bank of India has similar clauses but the RoI is 9.25 for similar duration Appreciate feedback with valuable inputs experiences Thanks in advance, |

I had taken loan of 20lacs from BoB and experience had been very good. Although, cancelled the loan as postponed the plan to buy flat. 3> Low processing charges Max 15000 (not sure if legal fees are included as a part of this) Besides above paid below charges extra: i) Advocate fees (for inspection of property/legal papers) Rs 2000. ii) Stamp duty on agreement with the bank. |

Hi hitmady,
Thanks for input. The stamp duty that you had to pay would be for mortgage deed if I am correct. So roughly how much did it take for you to get loan process done. Thanks in advance, Sameer |
