Hi all,

I am just curious to know about bank interest rates for commercial properties (office space/shops). Are they same like housing loan, if not, what are the interest rates at present.

Which bank is better for such loan and how much percent of the cost of property is disbursed through such loans.

It looks to me that not many people on this forum invest in commercial properties.

Regarding bank loan for commercial properties, I may be wrong but I think banks provide loan on ready to move in properties not on under construction commercial properties. In fact, I am also looking for someone to verify it.

You can check the hdfc bank home loan interest rate it provide the good interest rate with flexible repayment terms.
