Hello Friends,
You must be coming across banks that have initiated to offer advisory services in real estate. Definitely, their objective is to get clients for loans and help them close the deals as quick as they can. Are there any members who have experienced such services and have a say in the subject..??? Please share... |

had been in touch with a peson from hdfcrealty.com, I think they are mostly like real estate agents, only difference is that perhaps they will give loans against only reputed properties, so you can be rest assured of the reputation of the builder.
