How much home Loan do banks approve for Resale flats? If the property is less than 5 years old and in second scenario if property is 5-10 years old.

As from my opinion HDFC is best for home loans. As one of my friend is facing problem for loan of 40 lakh. At that time finally HDFC is ready for home loan. Also my experience with HDFC is also good.

wondering which bank would be good to deal with in terms of interest and services.

I bank with IDBI so I have asked IDBI to provide me for their offer. An agency is offering me competetive interest rate (10.50 %) from HDFC and ICICI.

Please guide.
According to my experience HDFC is better option
