Am taking a loan of 58 lacs for 15years...15 years

can i pay them early and close of loan before 15 years

currently they giving me 8.25% ....pls guide r they goood ??

Thats a first. Seems the 8.25 is more inviting than what other private players are offering. Is 8.25 fixed for any X number of years, say 3 or is it floating all the way?

I'm amazed to hear that their interest rate is 8.25%. I was approached by the same bank 8.75%.
I guess today almost every bank is taking 8.75% or more.

I have a DB CC and I can vouch for their customer service there. But home loans is a completely different story.

My reco, try getting a loan from a PSU bank. Its a pay me now, pay me later deal. I'd rather pay (extra effort) to get a loan from a PSU now rather than pay a private player for the next 20 years.
