Default Fixed or Floating rate?

I went for BoB Housing Loan for 15 years / 30 lakhs. I get an interest rate of 8.5% for floating and 9.25% for fixed options.

Can any one suggest (Wiseman, Nataraj, n abhishek, abk) which would be better in the current market conditions (next 10 years).

Thanks!
