Home Loan - Best Deal? - Indian Real Estate Forum

I have recently purchased property for Rs.46L and is in search for good home loan. My loan requirement is of Rs.25L and I'm salaried person working in private company.

As of now I have visited SBI, HDFC, United Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of Baroda and LIC. Among above SBI and HDFC are reasonable with interest rate as 10.50% for below 30L loan. Remaning banks are charging 11.50%

LIC seems to be good one with 10.40% for floating.
Can anyone help me if there are better options than above.

Hi Deep, this is really a critical decision to come to a conclusion on a best deal for interest rate.

There are many loan calculators available online for Home loan interest calculations. It is also possible to get quotes for your home loan from different banks directly in few minutes. You can try these websites for making your decision more quicker.

I cant say the best but recently I got approached by a personal financer for home loan offer. I was looking to apply for a home loan in Pune. I stay in Mumbai and my wife is located at Pune. We both wanted to be co-applicant and they gave us that option. Their home loan is available at fixed as well as floating interest rate.
