Home Loan in Chennai
Hi,
I am a Salaried person and getting 50K monthly. What is the maximum amount i can procure from the bank as Home Loan and what is the down payment (in Percentage) should i keep in my hand? Which bank is good to get easy Home Loan & good interest rate? Please advice. Thanks in Advance. Sathees |

IMO, As far as home loans SBI is best. Next to it would be HDFC. Just enquired HDFC home loan now in chennai. Its 9.25% and 2% processing fee. SBI has lot of formalities and HDFC is famous for home loans.

You can get a loan maximun of 24-25 lacs. This is only if you are not availing any other loan. Bank wise I think SBI, PNB, HDFC, LIC are best to name a few.
