Home loan documents help - Indian Real Estate Forum

I want a home loan on a property that I have seen recently.I need a loan of 50 lacs.I have an ITR of Rs.6 lacs which I understand would not be sufficient to get me the loan.How can I make papers and other documents made so that the loan SURELY gets approved.I am ready to pay commission, if any, for getting the loan sanctioned.I have no other liability.Thanks
