Home loan under different Payment Plans
Hello Friends!
I am new to this section of IREF. I have recently booked a flat in Noida Extn. Can any body tell me what is the difference of Home loan under DP/FLexi/CLP payment plan? Whether it will be the difference of EMI or any other difference also? Secondaly if i have booked it under flexi plan then should i go for a home loan or should do self funding of the flat? what will be more beneficial for me? Thanx .gif "Bab (35)")
