IDBI Home Loan
Hi,
Has anyone taken home loan with IDBI? They are offering almost all the advantage that SBI has (not the exact schemes). Their service seems to be much better than SBI and they are ready for full disbursement even if the property is not completely ready yet. If anyone has any experience of dealing with them, please let me know |

vbrege, I am also looking for a home loan as a NRI and hence can you please let me know as to what is the interest rate from IDBI? I think SBI is around 10.25% at the moment.
Did you look at other banks as well? I am finding it a bit hard to get the rates from their website? Thanks |
