Dear Seniors,

I am new to this community. I am in a confused situation. Recently I got a new Job in a Company. But for Last 5 years I am doing service without discontinuation.I am also going to purchase a new Apartment with Home loan. For that I have paid the advances to the builder. But I have not approaced any banks for Loan. Now I am going to apply for the loan. In the mean time I have to change the Job.

Can anybody tell me that my job change will affect the Home Loan approval?

I just received the offer letter from the coampany and will join after 2 Months.

Please answer at the earliest....

if you have submitted your application it need only 3to 4 weeks or max to max time so tel me whn you have submitted your documents and whn is your joining date to new company

Achut : I have not yet submitted documents. I wamt to join my new company in July middle.

For home loan eligibility the bank needs your job continuity. Even if you change jobs in between you can furnish the relieving letter of your previous organization & the appointment letter of your new organization. Besides these, you should have the past 3 years ITR & Form 16 along with past 6 months bank statement.
