Loan estimate for bank loan
This is my first post in this forum, please guide me with my issue.
I am planning to build the 2nd floor of the existing ground plus 1st floor building. I plan to go for loan for the construction, from Bank of Baroda. The bank manager said to get ready with the estimate. How do we present the estimate is it like per sq ft cost is Rs. 1500/- or should we give the whole work divided - like Pillar= x bags of cement, x amount of sand and walls = x no. of bricks...... If any one has a estimate which you have used for the purpose, please do get me the file(without your personal details) i shall check it out. Thank you. |
