I am not sure about the bedrooms and living room, but someone can help on that.
+1 I agree with you on this config. so far.

In flat, you can't get 100% vastu compliancy but these are important factors:-
  1. No toilet , no kitchen in North_east,
  2. No toilet/bath in Brahmasthan,
  3. M.bed should be in SW, S. If children room in here, swap the bedrooms,
  4. Main entrance door should be east or north facing in North_east part of the house,
  5. While cooking, face towards east. Kitchen is SE is sone pe suhaga,
  6. Shape of the flat should be either square or rectangle. No fancy shapes likes Y, L, T like seen in Concord Proxima, Palash 2.0.
There are many in terms of balcony, windows, columns etc. but these are major factors which should be kept in mind.

I'm confused on Entrance part:-

Is it good to have West facing (i.e. entry from East Side) or East facing (entry from West) i.e please advise which is better from A & B below

A) Entry from North-East
.................NORTH
.....----------------------
.....|............................|<-----This entry
...W|...........................|E
....E|...........................|A
....S|...........................|S
....T|...........................|T
.....|............................|

.................SOUTH

B) Entry from North-West

This entry ------> |............................|

........................E|............................|A
........................S|............................|S

Nice diagram man. Look for the attachment. Best possible entrances are given chronologically. Hope this helps.

Hi Realacres,
I had been told by some of the so called 'experts' that avoid anything thats north-south. Entry should be East-west. but in your diagram its exactly opposite..

I am confused

You might look at a option to colonise mars as earth itself is north south . Remember to name northpole of mars as east and south pole as west to avoid same problem over there.

Just kidding. To be frank don't care too much into vastu shastra. You will never able to get a place which is 100% compliant in city apartments.

Personally, I prefer North entrance in NE part.
Again east, west has to be in NE, NW areas resp & not SE,SW areas. Think about that as well.

3 main points which can't be compromised

Just make sure these 3 things in case of flats:-
  1. North East,
  2. Brahmasthan,
  3. South West.
North East:- Should be free from cuts, should not have bath/toilet, no kitchen either. This is ideally suited for pooja room. Entrance in this area either North Facing or East facing is very auspicious.

Brahmasthan:- Should not have toilet/bath. There should not be any column/pillar at this part as well. This is the 'Nabhi' of Vastu, hence has to be free from such things.

South West:- Good for M.bed. Main person of the family should sleep here. This is the area of stabilty. Cuts should be present at all. Bath/toilet should not be present in SW. Make sure this area is heavy compared to rest.
