Query regarding Credit Check with CIBIL - Indian Real Estate Forum

I have applied for Housing Loan with State Bank of India, however my CIBIL report shows written off amount (whcih means bad debt) in my credit card account, due to which I being denied housing loan. But as per my knowledge there are no overdue in my any account/credit card. I asked SBI about the CC bank name but they say that they do not get to see the bank name in the report.

What are the different options available for me ?
