SBP home loan
My father has applied for home loan from state bank of patiala last month.
I am also a part of this loan , as my father was not eligible for that amount. I shall be very thankful if give some info on below Qs :- 1 ) i saw on www.sbp.co.in , interest rate is 9.00% (3.25% below BPLR) floating what is BPLR and how it will affect interest rate ? 2) can i get the income tax rebate in this scenario ? 3) how i can calculate monthly EMI ( any tool )? Thanks in advance. |
