'T - junction plot' any remedy to compensate - Indian Real Estate Forum

I recently purchased a Plot which is lying on T – junction.

Everyone is saying that it is not good to build residential home in it.
Kindly let me know is that right ?
Can u suggest me any remedy to compensate this problem ?

Dear friend,
If your flat is in T- Junction the remedy resorted to in South India is to install a small Ganesh statue in a cubicle style temple. It could be on the compound wall too....

Which is the direction at the T junction? If it is west or south, you have no other option but to leave this property. However, it is adviced to not to stay here.

Hiya,
Attaching a picture of a plot.

Please look at this T junction of the highlighted plot.

The plot has road on the west and Water body on the east.

Is this any good?
