About DLF New City Heights project - Indian Real Estate Forum

I visited DLF office for bookings on DLF New City heights project narsingi.
They say that they will take the booking amount on the name of DLF Kokapet(the scrapped project) and will also have a letter of consent signed that they will shift me to the new city heights project.(they are still waiting for a formal launch due to some pending approvals)

Just curious, is this legally OK? Should i go with the current offering?

I have seen the land proposed for this project and it is under construction, I am not sure about the bookings

Can you please give me the information regarding the cost of a plot in this project?

I strongly suggest you not to go for immediate bookings, as right now DLF is not stable with their residential projects.

Dear Mr Atul

I not really sure how legal it is. Being a famous builder we have to assume that the process is legal. I have taken a falt in the same venture with Rs.2100/sft. As per the booking agencies DLF stopped booking in this venture and they will restart the process after launching the project officially may be with a price increase..
