Does anyone know of any good residential projects coming up in Hitech City?
Looking for both investment and living.

My Home Jewel Apartments at Miyapur, Hyderabad by My Home Constructions.
Quiescent Heights Apartments at Madhapur, Hyderabad by K. Raheja Corp.
Sri Sai Nest Apartments at Madhapur, Hyderabad by Sri Sai Harihara Estates.
Manjeera Majestic Homes at JNTU - Hitech city road by Manjeera Group.
Aditya's Eternia Apartments at Hitech city, Hyderabad by Aditya Construction Company.

Kochi will soon attain global status with the coming of a Rupees 5,000crore hi-tech city project.

I know about the Lemon tree Apartments is located at hi-tech city with the best of amenities and luxuries. All necessary institutions like hospitals, educational institutions, banks, commercial complexes are within walking distance. But not quite sure that whether it's still left for booking.

Grandeur building blocks has been cheating

Even some of the real estate agents admit.
