iam looking out for a flat in a new area which is gradually developing ie Bandlaguda(Jagir) which is around 2 kms from the Tipu Khan Bridge (which comes after Lunger Houze) what should be the approximate rate over there

Kindly consult local residents and agents about the recent sales in the area, it would be helpful. Also, know the pricing of other projects in the vicinity and compare them before taking the buying decision.

If you are looking for a gated community township there are only two i hop, not sure, but i can suggest you the Madhu Park Ridge, which is beside the tipu khan bridge, recently one of my uncles had take a flat in that project.
