The Times of India Want to buy a flat? Ask your builder to provide a copy of the Building Permit Order (BPR) given by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) that gives complete information about the building. Since many builders cheat people by keeping them in the dark on illegal constructions and deviations in the complexes and apartments, the corporation has started issuing a BPR to the builder. The BPR would help both the public and the civic authority to identify illegal structures and deviations in buildings.
