Information on DLF 1000 Acres Township project at Shadnagar
Hello Guys,
Do any one have an idea about DLF 1000 Acres ( some says 3000 Acres ) Township Project near JP Darga which is at Shadnagar ? Some venture's had mentioned about this DLF project as 1000 / 3000 Acres. For example in this www.KohinoorDevelopers.com , had mentioned as 3000 Acres. How far it is true ? Please let me know if there any particular site who mentioned about this DLF Project in detail. yes it is true.. i have gone through the website of DLF and it has mentioned about there project at Shadnagar. There last project was at Gurgaon of 3,500 Acres. Now they turned to Hyderabad

DLF Township Project is charging Rs : 4050 / Sq. Yrd + 9% Registration and Extra amount for corner or North-East Plots.
What i found is the cheap selling plot at DLF Township is Golden Meadows. Where they are charging only Rs: 950 / Sq. Yrd on for Single Payment and Rs: 999 / Sq. Yrd for 45 days Payment. I had one plot at them, thanks for Golden Meadows |

hi mr reddy its true that dlf has launched a project in nandigama but its not in 3000 acres its in 900acres and their first layout is of 128 acres.and its almost 7km before this kohinoor devlopers project.i think its enough for ur satisfaction.or else u can contact me through this forum...regards peeyush
