DLF Launching Residential Plots in Nandigama at Hydrabad - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi Gents,
I got a mail from broker today that DLF is launchin residential plots at Hyaderabad. Its on Bengaluru - Hyderabad highway NH-7. Distance is 20 kms from Airport.So it will be around 40 kms from IT HUB. Rate is Rs 4900 per sq yards. I think there was some pre-launch earlier at Rs 4000 per sq yards also. Kindly let me know your views. How is the future potential of the location and investment potential.

Lotusgarden/Srikanth, Why DLF was not able to sell these plots directly? Any specific reason?

And what is future of these plots. How much appreciation you see after 4-5 years.
