Facts about Singapore Township???
Hi All,
I need few details about township like- 1. Why Singapore Township is not occupied by the Owners/Tenents ? 2. There are many rumors flying on township - a) Township is now became shelter for Anti Social Activists. b) Many owners using the township as guest house, fo their secret life c) And the AP Housing board is not taking care of discipline d) Township is fully loaded with bachelars from sorrowings colleges. 3. Township construction is not upto the mark ( I visited few flats, Lifts & common space is not maintained cleanly) 4. Apart from the inside of Flat, Common place, Lifts, Parking place is not clean/ NOT maintaining) 5. Many real-tors, projecting about Swimming pool, Gim, Shopping Mall etc. but is that true, OR at least can we hope for near future? 6. Who is the best person OR real-tor for proceeding to BUY a flat in Singapore Township. Please help me out in deciding to BUY a flat in Township. Thanks- |
