Is this a good time to invest in pocharam hyderabad?
I am planning to buy a plot of land for a long time investement, say 5 to 6 years from now. One of my friend suggested that pocharam is devloping fast and should be in demand in 3 to 5 years. He mentioned that infy is planning to increase it's employee count big time and also even accenture and IBM are planning to start something in this area.
How much of above information is correct? Also, is it worthwhile buying a plot over there? Also, anybody know, how raheja tech park (Mindspace) is doing? |
