Info about Mantri Project.
Hi guys. I saw an upcoming project of Mantri Real Estate in Gachibowli named as "Celestia". Project looks good as far as its location is concerned, which is right in the commercial hub near Wipro office and other big commercial names like Polaris, ICICI. But i am confused about the price (2775 per square feet) for 2-3 BHK. Also, what is the scope of appreciation in future. Valuable advice is sought from experienced buyers and sellers. Thanks.
